At A1 Home Inspectors, we aim to provide a professional, reliable service with clear and transparent payment arrangements.
-
Payment is required before the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is issued.
Once the assessment has been completed, the EPC will be prepared and released upon receipt of payment.
For account customers, including letting agents, estate agents, and regular commercial clients, agreed credit terms of 7 days from invoice date apply unless otherwise stated.
-
We accept payment by:
Bank transfer (BACS)
Credit or debit card
Cash (by prior arrangement)
Cheque (by prior arrangement)
When making a bank transfer, please ensure you include your invoice number as the payment reference so we can allocate your payment correctly.
Payment details will be provided on your invoice.
-
Account facilities may be available for regular clients, including:
Letting agents
Estate agents
Property professionals
Portfolio landlords
Where approved, payment terms are 7 days from invoice date.
-
An invoice or payment confirmation will be issued for all completed work.
-
If the assessor is unable to gain access to the property at the agreed appointment time, a 50% charge of the quoted feewill apply.
This is to cover the time allocated, travel costs, and appointment slot reserved for your booking.
Where possible, we will always try to rearrange the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
